Call for Nominations for Editor-in-Chief of ACM Journal of Experimental Algorithmics.

The ACM Journal of Experimental Algorithmics (JEA) is a high-quality, refereed, archival journal devoted to the study of discrete algorithms and data structures through a combination of experimentation and classical analysis and design techniques. JEA is published by The Association for Computing Machinery and is entirely paperless. It contains refereed articles organized by volume and article number, together with software and data files that accompany many articles.

We are looking for a new Editor-in-Chief whose term will begin on May 1, 2014. He/she will be appointed for three years, with the possibility of one three-year renewal. We are looking for a well-established person with a good record for his/her research achievements in experimental algorithmics and for his/her services to the community. The ACM evaluation criteria for the EiC and other policy documents can be found here.

Please submit your application by October 1, 2013 to the chair of the search committee, Kurt Mehlhorn .
